All types of email communication typically use two types of network protocols.
1) Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMPT Port-25)
2) Post Office Protocol (POP port-110)
Without further ado, let's move on to the main topic of how you can check someone's mail through the mail sent to you. The easiest way to trace someone by e-mail is by checking the header of the e-mail sent by the person you want to trace. This is usually the case with e-mail header!

1) The email of the sender
2) Source IP address
3) The address of the source's mail server
4) How to check the header of the e-mail in Gmail, the address of the e-mail client using the e-mail client: Open the e-mail sent to the e-mail address you want to trace. Now click on "Show Original" and you will see all the information of the email sent to you.2
